Small Kine Farm is the only farm in Hawai’i producing small crimini mushrooms. We recently had the pleasure of interviewing Zach from Small Kine Farm while he was delivering our fresh mushrooms to Tiki’s Grill & Bar. Small Kine Farm is renowned for its commitment to quality. It uses its own compost and high-tech pasteurization and growing process, which results in mushrooms with superior taste, texture, and shelf life compared to Mainland competitors.
